Can I rent multiple EV motorbikes at once?

Yes, group or bulk bookings are welcome. Please contact us in advance for special rates and availability.

What documents do I need to rent an EV motorbike?

To rent with us, you’ll need: A passport or national ID for verification An international driving permit (for foreign riders, if applicable)

How far can I travel on a full charge?

Our EV motorbikes typically offer a range of 90–100 km per charge, depending on the model and riding conditions.

Can I rent a bike for long-term use?

Yes! We offer daily, weekly, and monthly rental packages at discounted rates for long-term use.

Do you offer delivery and pickup services?

Yes, we provide delivery and pickup to your location for an additional fee or free within 3KM from our showroom.

Where can I charge the motorbike?

You can charge the EV at: At your accommodation or cafe with plug point (we provide portable chargers)

Do I need to wear a helmet?

Yes, helmets are mandatory by law, and we provide them with every rental. Please wear it at all times while riding.

What if I get a traffic ticket or parking fine?

You are responsible for any traffic violations, parking fines, or tolls incurred during your rental. Fines may be deducted from your deposit.

Do you offer guided tours or ride packages?

Can I ride the EV motorbike in the rain?

Yes! Our electric motorbikes are weatherproof and safe to ride in light to moderate rain. However, please ride with caution and avoid deep puddles or flooded roads.

What happens if I run out of battery?

If you run out of charge, contact our support hotline, and we’ll assist with roadside help or provide a replacement battery.

What’s included in the rental price?

Your rental includes: An electric motorbike fully charged One helmet (second helmet available upon request) Customer support Charger

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 24 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations may incur a small fee.

What happens if I damage the motorbike?

If damage occurs during your rental: Minor wear and tear is generally acceptable For larger damages, repair costs will be assessed and deducted from the deposit or billed separately, depending on insurance coverage

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, a refundable security deposit of RM200 is required at the time of booking. It will be returned to you once the motorbike is returned in good condition with no damages or fines.

Is there a minimum age requirement?

Yes, renters must be at least 18 years old with a valid motorcycle license.
