Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions for EV Motorbike Rental (Malaysia) 1. Rental Eligibility -Riders must be at least 18 years old. -International visitors must hold a valid motorcycle license and, if required, an International Driving Permit (IDP). 2. Rental Duration & Returns -Rental is based on a 24-hour period unless otherwise stated. -Late returns will incur additional charges. -Motorbikes must be returned to the agreed location in the same condition as rented. 3. Security Deposit -A refundable security deposit may be required upon booking. -The deposit will be returned upon safe return of the vehicle, subject to inspection. 4. Usage & Restrictions -The motorbike must only be operated by the registered renter. -Off-road riding, racing, or reckless use is strictly prohibited. Charging Policy -Bikes are provided fully charged at the start of the rental. -Riders do not need to charge the bike themselves. -If the battery runs low, riders can return to our designated station to exchange it for a fully charged battery at no additional cost during the rental period. -Please contact our team in advance to confirm battery availability or station hours. 6. Damages & Liabilities -The renter is responsible for any loss or damage to the motorbike during the rental period. -An inspection will be conducted upon return. -In case of an accident, the renter must inform the rental company immediately and report to local authorities if required. 7. Safety Gear -Helmets are provided and must be worn at all times while riding. -The rental company is not liable for any injury due to failure to follow safety regulations. 8. Agreement By renting an EV motorbike, you agree to abide by these terms and all applicable Malaysian traffic laws. The rental company reserves the right to refuse service or cancel bookings in the event of non-compliance.
